  • At Ardea, we care about you and your unique needs. We offer free consultation calls to help identify challenge areas, as well as opportunities for growth and healing on your journey.

    To book your discovery call, please fill out the form on this page with as much detail as you feel comfortable providing at this point.

    Kelley will reach out at her earliest convenience to schedule time to discuss your needs and answer any questions you have before booking an appointment.

  • We understand that "life happens" and on rare occasions you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or a consultation call.

    We require a notice of at least 24 hours, unless you are dealing with a personal emergency.

    In cases of appointment no-show, or less than 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling an appointment, you will be charged 50% of your appointment rate.

    • Please refrain from putting any lotion or moisturizer on your body before your for Myofascial Therapy session.

    • Proper attire to bring to a Myofascial Therapy session includes shorts and a tank top, or a bikini bathing suit(no one pieces).

    • Payments can be made be made by Check, Credit Card, Venmo or in Cash.

    • Don’t forget to bring open minded curiosity to the session!
